Rising cost of medicine

This horrible throat makes me lose sleep last night. I was TRYING to cough but it hurts my throat everytime i attempted to. Hence, i went to see the doc again and it costs $45. Thankfully, my dad's company got cap 20 bucks and i just got to pay another 25 bucks. And the queue is unbelievably long. I took the queue number at 9.30 and i consulted the doc at 1pm. Ok, that's not all. There are sooo many pills i've got to take and all taste awful. Most are so bitter. =((


And you know, my fav doc actually chided me for not seeing him earlier hence the seriousness of my throat inflammation. I protest to his claim!!!I wanted to see him but he is always in demand and i don't want to wait so damn long. So, i anyhow make do with another doc. Now, i'm swept with regret bcos i paid so much a few days back for all these medicine that aren't curing me. perhaps it did cure a little. but bcos i tried to sing even though i was having cracky voice, the condition worsen.


And bcos i lost my voice, ydae when i went to guardian pharmacy to get lozenges, wa, the pharmacist HUH me 3 times!!! i was speaking my loudest lah. Still HUH me. And you know, i ended up having to write out my request.


now u know how bad my throat is. =((
i had to try saying 'hello...' every morning to test my voice. And i don't speak more than a few 100 words each day. Eh, it's very little ok! To think i'm a woman. There is only a phrase that says Man of few words. Where got 'women of few words?'


Everyone around me is eating durians now. It's alright i cannot have them.
All i ask for, is my magic pill.

i want my voice back.. I really do.
